Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for engaging customers through instant messaging, phone calls, and digital platforms
- Gathering customer documentation, maintaining positive communication, and ensuring smooth case handling
- Guide customers on document preparation
- Work flexibly based on customer needs and operational workflows
- Cooperate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work culture
- Record customer conversations, progress, and key notes in company systems
