Salary: £24,000+ dependant on experience PLUS benefits
Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday

Role Overview

We are looking for someone to join our fast-growing Road Freight / Ocean Freight export departments as a Customer Relationship Operator. This varied role involves working closely with our customers to manage all aspects of their road and/or ocean exports. This ranges from issuing quotes, arranging shipments, managing the customs clearance process and everything else through to ensuring the customer receives their shipments on time.

You will build close working relationships with customers, overseas partners as well as internal teams, so good communication skills are key in this role.
