Job Description:
If you enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering excellent service, we are looking for you! As a customer advisor, you will focus 100% on customer service. In this role, you will handle incoming and outgoing calls from existing customers, as well as chat solutions. You will assist customers with questions about orders and products in a way that helps us achieve our goals.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via incoming phone calls.
- Handle customer inquiries using chat solutions.
- Answer questions and customer inquiries on social media platforms.
- Maintain a continuous focus on providing an exceptional customer service experience for each customer.
- Follow processes and procedures relevant to the project.
- Work as part of a team to achieve set goals.
