Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, chats, or emails regarding online medicine orders
- Provide order status updates and assist with order placement through the app
- Guide customers on app usage, account setup, and order tracking
- Verify prescriptions and ensure order accuracy
- Coordinate with pharmacy and delivery teams to resolve order issues
- Address order-related concerns and document interactions in the system
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and healthcare regulations
Qualifications
- 6 months -1 year of call center or customer service experience
- Experience in online pharmacy, healthcare, or e-commerce support is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with mobile apps and online ordering platforms
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
