Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, chats, or emails regarding online medicine orders
  • Provide order status updates and assist with order placement through the app
  • Guide customers on app usage, account setup, and order tracking
  • Verify prescriptions and ensure order accuracy
  • Coordinate with pharmacy and delivery teams to resolve order issues
  • Address order-related concerns and document interactions in the system
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and healthcare regulations

Qualifications

  • 6 months -1 year of call center or customer service experience
  • Experience in online pharmacy, healthcare, or e-commerce support is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with mobile apps and online ordering platforms
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
