Role and responsibilities as a Customer Advisor:
As a Customer Advisor, you are the direct point of contact for our customers. Through your approach, you help determine how customers experience Telenet as a brand and as end users of our digital products.
You provide the best possible service with a commercial mindset. You do this by making use of the commercial and digital tools we provide. With your empathy and ability to put yourself in the customer’s shoes, you identify their needs and guide them towards the best digital experiences Telenet has to offer.
You are jointly responsible for achieving both personal and team objectives, including meeting our customer service KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). You will report directly to your shop manager.
