Customer Retention Strategist

Overview

You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, using data‑backed insights to shape strategic direction and ensure steady revenue through retention initiatives. Your role covers forecasting, strategy development, and the execution of email, SMS, direct mail, and other retention touchpoints. You will also champion CTC’s unique retention methodology and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead preservation and growth of retention channels (email, SMS, direct mail, pop‑ups, push notifications, subscriptions, membership and loyalty programs).
