Overview
Common Thread Collective (CTC) is looking for a Customer Retention Strategist to drive scalable growth for clients by delivering data‑backed retention initiatives across email, SMS, direct mail, push notifications and loyalty programs. The role involves being a trusted advisor to clients, shaping strategy, forecasting revenue, executing high‑impact campaigns and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients on retention strategy, connecting forecasting insights to email, SMS, direct mail and other touchpoints.
- Act as advocate for CTC’s unique retention methodology and tools.
- Own and execute retention programs with precision, aligning initiatives with client objectives.
- Analyze metrics and KPIs, provide insights and recommendations for improvements using Statlas and Growth Map.
