Job Description

Designation:  Customer Sales Representative

Shift Timing:  10:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Job Location:  Drive in road, Ahmedabad (WORK FROM OFFICE ONLY)

 

Responsibilities:

 

o Making calls to potential customers

o Generate leads or close sales, depending on the goal of the company

o Explaining company services and products

o Maintaining daily call records

o Submitting daily progress reports

o Excellent verbal and communication skills and the ability to speak English, Hindi and Gujarati

o Providing product Demos

o Good listening skills and attention to details

o High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection well

o Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to flourish in a competitive industry

o A great sense of self-motivation, ambition and determination

o Ability to achieve desired results both individually and as a part of a team

o Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

o Good self-management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively

 

Requirements

Qualifications:

 

• Graduate throughout English medium

• B.com/BCA/MCA/BBA/MBA

Requirement:

 

• Fresher/0-2 years experience

• Fluent communication skills in the English language

• Advance computer skills

Requirements
1–4 years hands-on experience as a Zoho Developer. Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting (functions, schedules, custom widgets). Experience with Zoho CRM & Zoho Creator (must-have). Familiar with Zoho Analytics (dashboards, data prep, reports). API integration experience using REST APIs, JSON, webhooks. Exposure to Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects configurations. Knowledge of Zoho People/Payroll is a plus, but not mandatory. Good problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to handle client support queries and provide timely solutions.
