Customer Sales Representative

**We are searching for a Customer Value Representative to join our fun, fast-paced, growing team. You will be managing lead outreach, re-engaging past customers, and closing estimates!**
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Engage with and maintain contact with potential customers.
- Turn missed opportunities into revenue by following up on unbooked calls.
- Follow up on unapproved estimates to get the deals closed.
- Reach out to customers after jobs are complete to get them signed up with membership plans.
- Reconnect with past customers to maintain brand visibility and encourage rebookings.
- Use CRM to track progress and developments with existing and new customers
**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Previous working experience in an outbound sales setting is required
- Self motivated individual who is highly organized
- Excellent English communication skills
- Quick learner who picks up new software quickly
- Knowledge of House Call Pro is an asset
- Fearless attitude and a team player
**Hardware Requirements**:
- Your computer/laptop must have at minimum 2.5GHZ + Processor
- Your computer/laptop must have at minimum 16GB RAM
- You must have a headset with a mic to be able to take calls with your computer/laptop
**Internet Connectivity**:
- Internet at your home must have a minimum 25mbps download and 12mbps upload speed.
- You must be able to be hardwired to your internet (via ethernet connection)
**Starting Pay**:
- Starting pay rate will be $10 USD per hour
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $200.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
