Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding products, orders, and sales policies
- Process and monitor sales and purchase orders, ensuring timely completion and delivery
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, finance, and internal teams
- Prepare and issue invoices, proforma invoices, sample invoices, and related documentation
- Maintain accurate order tracking, account master, and item master records
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and sales documentation requirements (including E-way bills)
- Support sales teams with daily activities and assist in resolving customer issues
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support or sales order management
- Experience in Manfucturing, Food & Bevrages, Aviation, Trading, or similar industries is preferred
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
- Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work well under pressure
- Experience with Quantum ERP is an advantage
