YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
International Customer managementFull responsibility for the Order-to-Cash process (from order management to invoicing and complaint management)Creation of customs documentationSales administrative related activities (e.g. marketability, reports)Suggest and work on improvements to become best in classMonitor and optimize operational performance KPIsRegular interfaces with the sales team, logistics, marketing and finance department as well as production planningYOUR PROFILE
2-3 years’ experience in a similar roleStrong customer orientationPassion for multicultural backgrounds and good understanding of processesAutonomous, pro-active, structured team player with high attention to details
