Our client is a company specializing in industrial maintenance and hygiene services is looking for her new Customer Satisfaction and Account Manager. This role involves the operational, relational, and financial management of a portfolio of B2B clients.


Your role:


  • Manage day-to-day operations at client sites and ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.

  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and follow-ups to optimize operational and financial performance.

  • Supervise maintenance staff: onboarding, training, evaluation, schedule management, and performance monitoring.

  • Apply and enforce occupational health and safety standards.

  • Maintain proactive customer relations, manage requests, complaints, and urgent situations.
