Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, or support ticket systems
- Provide administrative support, including documentation and data entry
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to assist in resolving customer issues
- Prepare reports, summaries, and other administrative documents as required
- Support the customer service team in delivering a high standard of service
Requirements
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience in administrative, customer service, or support roles is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace
- Proficiency in basic computer tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving skills
Salary
- USD $550 – $900 per month, based on experience and performance
