Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, or support ticket systems
  • Provide administrative support, including documentation and data entry
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to assist in resolving customer issues
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and other administrative documents as required
  • Support the customer service team in delivering a high standard of service

Requirements

  • Strong written communication and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in administrative, customer service, or support roles is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace
  • Proficiency in basic computer tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM systems
  • Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving skills

Salary

  • USD $550 – $900 per month, based on experience and performance
