Are you organised, proactive, and great at communicating? We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Logistics client on a temporary basis until December 2025. You will be on site for training for 1-2 weeks and then be able to work fully remotely, with the expectations to be on site when required by management.

You must be available to start immediately or within 1 week for this immediate start position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calling out to delivery drivers to confirm route coverage

• Navigating and using various internal systems efficiently

• Updating live spreadsheets with real-time data
