Pay: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Working Arrangement: Fully Onsite

About the Role

We're seeking a proactive and organised Customer Service Administrator to join a busy, friendly team in Crawley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced administrative environment while delivering excellent customer support.

This role starts on a temporary basis with a strong opportunity to become permanent for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

Handling incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
Processing orders, documentation, and general admin tasks
Providing information and support to customers in a timely manner
Liaising with internal teams to resolve queries
Ensuring a high standard of customer care at all times
