Customer Service Administrator

The** agreements coordinator **will be in charge of generating reports, sales analysis, monitoring commercial agreements and process improvements. You will report directly to the customer service chief. This position is based in Tultitlan, Estate of Mexico.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and manage purchase orders to ensure correct monitoring of the end-to-end process
- Management of national supply clients such as PepsiCo, Cimesa, Besco and Samsung Korea as an international direct client.
- Monthly sales reports, KPIs on customer service offer and proposals for improvement to business development.
- Order invoicing and after-sales customer service.
- Responsible for the creation and monitoring of new agreements for our clients.
