Sheridan Maine are currently recruiting on behalf of a long standing business in the heart of Basingstoke who are seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join their head office team.

Key duties of the role will include:
  • Processing sales orders and dealing with sales order queries
  • Handle repair and service enquiries
  • Book and log customer visits with engineers
  • Update and maintain customer account information
  • Liaise with customers in regards to contract renewals and repeat orders

  • To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Good administration and organisational skills
  • Enjoys working within a team environment
  • Competent IT knowledge
  • Proactive and positive approach
