Job Description
Sheridan Maine are currently recruiting on behalf of a long standing business in the heart of Basingstoke who are seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join their head office team.
Key duties of the role will include:
Processing sales orders and dealing with sales order queries Handle repair and service enquiries Book and log customer visits with engineers Update and maintain customer account information Liaise with customers in regards to contract renewals and repeat orders
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Prior customer service experience Good administration and organisational skills Enjoys working within a team environment Competent IT knowledge Proactive and positive approach
