We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for our fast-growing manufacturing client, who offer sustainability and opportunities to develop within the company.

The main purpose of the role is to provide technical support duties and be the first point of contact for responding to any breakdowns and emergency calls from engineers and end users.
As part of Technical Customer Service Advisor role, you’ll require:
* Proven experience providing excellent customer service and administration, ideally within the manufacturing sector
* Have a good understanding of technical information and the ability to retain information
* Proven experience of being able to resolve issues
