- Provide accurate information and resolve issues with empathy
- Log cases in CRM systems, follow-up, and track outcomes
- Collaborate with team members to maintain service quality
Candidate Profile:
- Spanish fluent/C2 + B2 English proficiency
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Willing to relocate to Greece
- Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
- EU passport or Greek residency card
