IMMEDIATE START CUSTOMER SERVICES ADVISOR
TEMPORARY CONTRACT – 8-WEEKS 


EXETER


I am working with a client looking to fill a Customer Services Advisor temporary vacancy. The position requires an immediate start, with an expected contract length of 8-weeks (possibility to extend further)


Customer Service Role:


This position is working within a car dealership and will be a combination of Customer Services and Administration duties:

  • Helping to check customers in / drop-off their vehicle to the car dealership

  • Take incoming customer inquiries via telephone, walk-in, and email. 

  • To handle customers in a professional, courteous and polite manner

  • To make out-bound calls to customers with vehicle updates

  • To assist with general Administration duties (i.e. paper work filing, producing job packs for customer arrival etc)
