I am seeking a number of Customer Services Advisors where you will be the first point of contact, advise and information
Key responsibilities
You will be a self starter who is able to own quiries through to resolution
be able to confidently use Microsoft tools, emails and internet/intranet
A very good empathtic telephone manner is needed working in a call centre enviroment
Full training will be provided
