Customer Service Advisor - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract - Preston (PR5) - £26k-£28k

Our client is a global organisation who supply high end commercial products to businesses Worldwide. They have 4 UK offices and are recruiting on a 12 month fixed term contract basis due to maternity cover. Joining a modern, open plan office in a team of 5, the responsibility of the Customer Service Advisor is to manage the customer order process, communicate effectively with customers to ensure a seamless experience and maximise revenue via upselling.

Reporting into the Customer Service Manager and Head of Customer Service, duties will include:

* Handling customer enquiries via email and Microsoft Teams

* Preparing customer quotations and sending out product samples

* Processing sales orders using SAP and a bespoke system

* Managing customer communication and expectations throughout the order process
