Job Description

Your Role 

In assigned territory act as first contact point for customers. Process orders and coordinate complaint management/returns with relevant stakeholders to achieve high customer service excellence.

Responsibilities 

Act as first contact point for customer service:

  • Process customer orders and re-orders according to quality standards and targets.
  • Evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements continuously.
  • Complete relevant reporting and admin tasks.
  • Coordinate customer complaints, returns management
  • Represent contact point for customers for any kind of questions related to delivery/order management
