Job Description

Your Responsibilities:



  • Customer service for a leading tobacco industry player via chat, email, and phone.

  • Providing information on order status, deliveries, complaints, and returns.

  • Helping customers resolve technical issues, such as those related to charging and operating tobacco heating devices.

  • Supporting customers in selecting the right products and proposing solutions tailored to their needs.

  • Active sales of devices, cartridges, and other products.


Our Requirements:



  • Very good German language skills - C1.

  • Communication skills and customer focus.

  • Efficient computer skills.

  • Independent, accurate, and well-organized.

  • Sales experience or the ability to conduct sales conversations is preferred.

  • Experience in customer service or working with CRM systems.
