Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Customer service for a leading tobacco industry player via chat, email, and phone.
- Providing information on order status, deliveries, complaints, and returns.
- Helping customers resolve technical issues, such as those related to charging and operating tobacco heating devices.
- Supporting customers in selecting the right products and proposing solutions tailored to their needs.
- Active sales of devices, cartridges, and other products.
Our Requirements:
- Very good German language skills - C1.
- Communication skills and customer focus.
- Efficient computer skills.
- Independent, accurate, and well-organized.
- Sales experience or the ability to conduct sales conversations is preferred.
- Experience in customer service or working with CRM systems.
