OverviewBOROLEO is hiring for a Flemish Remote Customer Service role. The position is based in Madrid, Spain, with 100% remote work (or hybrid if based in Madrid).
ResponsibilitiesYour mission is to assist Belgian clients, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include:
Answer inbound calls and emails (in Flemish)
Book repairs and handle claims/complaints
Provide top-notch customer service and support
Qualifications
Fluent in Flemish, English, and French
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
Excellent listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
