Job Description
- Analyze and execute warranty requests for complete equipment and spare parts with LATAM scope.
- Oversee processing of requisitions and Sales Orders for internal purchases, creation of SOR for international purchases, and CPQ tracking for US purchases.
- Track equipment shipments to Vertiv warehouses or authorized Service Partner warehouses.
- Manage warranty accounting accounts and respond to audit requests from the finance team.
Requirements
- High school degree (minimum).
- Preferable customer service training.
- Experience handling customer experience issues and resolutions.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service related to technology.
- At least 2 years of experience in a back‑office environment and telephone systems.
