Job Description

  • Analyze and execute warranty requests for complete equipment and spare parts with LATAM scope.
  • Oversee processing of requisitions and Sales Orders for internal purchases, creation of SOR for international purchases, and CPQ tracking for US purchases.
  • Track equipment shipments to Vertiv warehouses or authorized Service Partner warehouses.
  • Manage warranty accounting accounts and respond to audit requests from the finance team.

Requirements

  • High school degree (minimum).
  • Preferable customer service training.
  • Experience handling customer experience issues and resolutions.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service related to technology.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a back‑office environment and telephone systems.
