Customer Service Agent – Smart Start Division

At Thibert’s Smart Start division, we are currently looking for passionate and motivated Customer Service Specialists to join our dynamic team!

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for participants enrolled in the ignition interlock (breathalyzer) program.

Location

  • On-site training in Châteauguay for 2 months

  • After training: 2 days on-site and 3 days remote (work from home)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries in a proactive and courteous manner;

  • Answer an average of 40 calls per day, with a talk time of 8 to 10 minutes per call;
