Customer Service Agent, Danish Speaking

Samsøe Samsøe is looking for a service minded Customer Care Agent who will become an important part of our B2C Customer Care team located at our office in Glostrup, from January 2026. You will have plenty of opportunities to use your communication and service skills and gain experience within a growing international fashion brand. You will be collaborating closely with other departments such as E-commerce, Logistics, Return department etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure excellent customer service across all channels (e mail, phone, live chat)
  • Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, sizing guidance, and after sales support
  • Handling of customer and carrier claims
  • Handling of credit notes
  • Observe and report issues back to relevant departments
  • Backoffice/ad hoc tasks
  • Support in OMNI channel customer journey
