Job Title: Customer Service Agent Job Location: North Chicago, IL Job Type: Temp to Hire Pay: $18 - $20/hour (depending on experience) Shift Structure: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; ONSITE, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week About the Customer Service Agent Role: Enter and track new customer orders. Make changes to existing customer orders. Answer customer/sales representative emails and phone calls. Keep customers informed on their orders. Monitor customer supplied inventory as needed Prepare paperwork for billing. About You: The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Agent will have the following skills and experience: High School Diploma Experience in customer service is a plus.
