Customer Service Agent - FP Diesel Technical
**Location**: Centrum MX
**Reports to**:Customer Experience Director
**Primary Functions**:
2. Assist customers with the following:
a. Placing orders and stock checks
b. Order/pricing discrepancies
c. Returns
d. Promotional orders
e. Packing slips, invoices and tracking info
3. Provide comprehensive account management for large FP Diesel accounts.
**4. Application look-up for heavy duty engine components.**
5. Capture and log lost kit and component sales for FP Diesel line.
7. Other duties as assigned by Manager.
**Education**: Mechanical Engineer. Diesel Mechanical Engineer. Electrical Mechanical Engineer. Automotive Mechanical Technician.
**Experience**: 3-5 years in the position
**Language**: English intermediate level
**Availability to travel**: When required by business needs.
