As a Brand Ambassador in our banking division, you will act as the primary liaison between our company and our German-speaking customers. Your role is to deliver high-quality support, handle customer inquiries, and ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Your responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding banking products and services via phone, email, or chat. - Support customers with inquiries about their accounts, transactions, orders and other banking-related matters. - Stay informed about regulatory requirements and compliance standards. - Foster and maintain strong customer relationships by providing high-quality service. - Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, insights and best practices.
