WHAT YOU`LL DO 
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be working at the heart of our fast-paced fashion business by being the first point of contact for our customers every day. You will make our customers happy by answering questions about their online orders, our products, our stores & more.

You:

  • communicate effectively with customers via calls, emails, and live chats in German, providing support and assistance. 
  • actively listen to customers and provide clear and thoughtful responses to ensure their satisfaction. 
  • report our customers’ feedback to the relevant department to find solutions and foster loyalty. 
  • be an ambassador for the brand and its values in all interactions.
