They deliver different services: Customer Support, deliver inbound, outbound and omnichannel services throughout the customer lifecycle. Sales Services, inbound and outbound sales services grow revenue and deepen customer relationships.
**PROFILE**
- 6 months - 1 year Contact Center experience is preferred, but not required
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must have basic computer skills. Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills in both written and verbal communication is essential.
- Must have the ability to use problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
