SMS Staffing Inc is Hiring Immediately for a skilled Customer Service Agent!   Job Title :

• Customer Service Agent Job Location: North Chicago, IL Job Type: Temp to Hire Pay: $18 - $20/hour (depending on experience) Shift Structure: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; ONSITE, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week   About the Customer Service Agent Role:  Enter and track new customer orders.


• Make changes to existing customer orders.
• Answer customer/sales representative emails and phone calls.
• Keep customers informed on their orders.
• Monitor customer supplied inventory as needed Prepare paperwork for billing.

About You:

• The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Agent will have the following skills and experience: High School Diploma Experience in customer service is a plus.  Must possess typing, filing and basic PC skills; Microsoft Office  Experience in general office work.
