Job Description
In WSP International we are looking for Level 1 After-sales Support Agents, that will do the following activities for USA and Canada customers:
1. Collect customer requests and data.
3. Conduct basic troubleshooting using knowledge articles to find out the level of support needed.
4. Solve common problems such as username and passwords issues, menu navigation, verification of hardware and software, set-up.
5. Escalate to Level 2 as required.
6. User administration and access/authorization issues.
9. Following standard procedures for ticket prioritization, resolution and escalation.
No previous experience needed.
Advanced english level.
100% IMSS contract.
