Handle customer request : phone, chat, email Follow-up on open case Help and advise customer on how to book Requirements: Female/Male Good Internet literacy Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing (Bahasa Indonesia & English) Familiar travel industry : flight & hotel booking & changes Friendly attitude Good customer service skills Resourceful, ability to resolve challenges fast Available to work in shifts Ideally : having experience working for a travel agent
