PROFILE: HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED.
2+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A CALL CENTER ENVIRONMENT.
HIGH PERFORMER WITH PROVEN EXCEPTIONAL QA SCORE IN PREVIOUS CALL CENTER JOBS.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. PASSIONATE ABOUT PROVIDING OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
COMFORTABLE WORKING IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT.
BILINGUAL ENGLISH / SPANISH, REQUIRED. ACTIVITIES:
- TAKE INBOUND CALLS FROM OUR CUSTOMERS RELATED TO DIFFERENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SITUATIONS.
- TAKE PAYMENTS AND KNOW HOW TO GUIDE CUSTOMERS TO MAKE PAYMENTS ON THEIR OWN.
- KNOW HOW TO READ LOAN BALANCES AND MAKE PAYMENT ADJUSTMENTS
- COMMITMENT TO FIRST CALL RESOLUTION, WITH A SENSE OF URGENCY AND MAXIMUM PROFESSIONALISM.
MINIMIZING THE TRANSFERRING OF PHONE CALLS FROM ONE DEPARTMENT TO ANOTHER.
- ENSURES DELIVERY OF EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH FAST AND ACCURATE PROCESSING OF CALLS, COMMUNICATION, AND COORDINATING WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS TO RESOLVE INQUIRIES.
