Key Responsibilities:
Experience in customer service or a BPO setting is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of (English). Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools is a plus. Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, as per business needs. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong team player with a positive attitude.
