Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of import and export documents.
  • Handle enquiries from customers, via telephone or email for transportation by air and sea, and provide quotations.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and transactions.
  • Good communication with internal/external parties to ensure correct understanding of different service requirements.
  • Strictly follow company standard operations procedures.
  • Handle the key account customers according to SOP's and escalate special cases to the Department Manager in a timely manner.
  • Provide reports and statistics to key account customers on a daily/monthly basis.
