Job Description

As Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator at our client, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities:



  • Oversee end-to-end order processing.

  • Ensure punctual and accurate order handling and documentation.

  • Manage order processing, EDI orders.

  • Plan and coordinate transportation.

  • Ensure proper coordination and follow-up of shipments.

  • Handle administration and invoicing.

  • Provide feedback to customers through various channels (email, phone, EDI).

  • Manage the collaboration with specific subcontractors, in accordance with the SLAs.
