Job Description
As Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator at our client, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end order processing.
- Ensure punctual and accurate order handling and documentation.
- Manage order processing, EDI orders.
- Plan and coordinate transportation.
- Ensure proper coordination and follow-up of shipments.
- Handle administration and invoicing.
- Provide feedback to customers through various channels (email, phone, EDI).
- Manage the collaboration with specific subcontractors, in accordance with the SLAs.
