Join our team in Barranquilla We're looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative.
The Basics:
Location: Barranquilla (Hybrid: 2 days office / 3 days home after first 60 days)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Contract: Obra Labor
Salary: $3,200,000 COP
Salary Growth: Increases by $80,000 COP every 6 months (for a total of 3 times).
Start Date: February 2nd
Your Role:
Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and/or chat.
Solve customer inquiries and problems.
Document customer interactions clearly.
Work with the team to improve service.
What You Need:
Advanced Conversational English (Required).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Previous customer service experience
Good computer skills and a positive attitude.
