Job Description

Responsible of customer orders processing and management, close follow up to product supply to be shipped. Attend customer inquiries on warranties or complaints. Liaison between sales and operation to ensure on time shipments to customers.
- Make sure all Orders are processed on time and continue their process to deliver on time and according to the customer expectations.
- Set a strong communication channel with the customers in order to increase the level of satisfaction on delivery and prompt answers to their requests.
**Requirements**:
- 2 to 4 years in the order administration or Customer Service, oriented to embrace customer satisfaction and conflict management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or similar
