  • SAP Knowledge (desirable)
  • Team player with good communications skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities.
  • Resilience to work in an offshore branch office, with different time zone from Adm HQ in which constant alignment is required.
  • Ready to adapt to international practices.
  • Not resistant to changes and attentive to innovation.
  • Conciliate the regular routine activities with improvement projects, looking not only to the USA part of the chain, but the Global structure as well.

The main source of communication with customers, the Customer Service Analyst is a key part of Nexas commercial activities in the USA.

Although the role is remote, we are looking for a candidate based in the Houston area. The team meets in the office a few times per year, and this position will be expected to attend those in-person meetings.
