We are looking for a bilingual customer service agent to work remotely providing technical support.

Job Details:
Salary: $20/hour + a quarterly incentive program allowing you to earn up to 10% of your gross earnings.
Hours: Monday to Friday, between 11 AM and 8 PM (full-time, 40 hours/week) + some Saturdays.
Location: Remote work.
Training: 3 to 5 weeks, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Please Note:
While this is primarily a remote position, there will be occasional in-office meetings, approximately once every one to two months.
Candidates must be based in Montreal to accommodate these requirements.
