As a Customer Service Apprentice within Dawsongroup Temperature Control Solutions you will play a vital part in keeping our service operations running smoothly while building a long term career in customer service and asset rental. This customer service apprentice role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys helping people, staying organised and learning how a busy service environment works.
- Acting as the first point of contact for incoming customer calls, handling queries professionally and promptly.
- Supporting the servicing department with administration relating to assets, breakdowns and modification requests.
- Accurately recording information on internal systems to support service delivery and reporting.
