hands-on Junior Assistant
to support our
Customer Service
and
E-commerce Operations
teams.
The core responsibility of this role is
Customer Service for a U.S.-based brand
, therefore
strong English written communication skills are essential
. During lower-volume periods, the role will also support
SEO, website updates/optimization, and marketing-related operational tasks
, working closely with our Marketing Coordinator.
This is an
execution-focused role
, ideal for someone who wants to learn how a DTC e-commerce brand operates from the inside.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries in
English
via email, Live Chat, and social media - Manage order issues (shipping, exchanges, returns, refunds)
- Support Amazon customer service and basic listing optimization
- Assist with SEO tasks (blog posts, meta titles & descriptions)
