About the Role

Ventia are looking for 3 Customer Service Assistants on their Brisbane Airport Rail Contract. As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be working for Ventia, providing support to the Airtrain Division at the Brisbane Airport. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to selling of train tickets, monitoring the platforms and providing information and assistance to travellers.

Initially you will be rostered Monday to Friday, for around 30 hrs per week, across a combination of morning and afternoon shifts. After the first 3-month period, successful candidates will be offered the opportunity to be upskilled to become a permanent Ventia employee, with increased hours including weekends/ public holidays and overtime. This role will have a training week starting either March 2 or March 9 (To be confirmed) so if successful for video interview you'll be contacted by 11/2 with onsite interviews between 12/2-20/2.
