As a Customer Service Assistant with Roehl Transport, you play a key part in our mission of delivering “confidence and satisfaction” to our customers. In this position, you will:
+ Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments for freight while taking into account factors such as customer requirements, legal transit time, and driver productivity

+ Communicate effectively with customers via telephone, email, and other forms of communication to grow and develop relationships

+ Work collaboratively with Roehl teammates to identify and resolve customer and scheduling conflicts

+ Maintain accurate notes regarding customer interactions and preferred scheduling protocols
