Job Description
This position begins primarily with order entry tasks and gradually expands into more complex customer support and account management responsibilities as you grow within the role. You will start by answering incoming calls promptly, maintaining accurate account information, and working collaboratively with team members to achieve company goals.
Responsibilities

+ Answer incoming calls by the third ring.

+ Maintain and update accurate account information in the system.

+ Collaborate with team members to achieve company objectives.

+ Identify and suggest improvements to departmental procedures.

+ Address workplace issues proactively.

+ Receive and enter customer orders into the system.

+ Inform customers of backorders and substitutions.

+ Follow up on backorders and open orders.

+ Implement actions to remedy losses and encourage positive outcomes...
