Customer Service Assistant

AAK BD Foods are seeking a Customer Service Assistant, an excellentopportunity for someone looming to further develop their skills. You will
receive full training in all relevant areas and will provide support and
assistance on a variety of administrative tasks within the department.

Responsibilities

-Monitor and manage customer service inboxes.
-Process new orders accurately and efficiently.
-Upload transport data into the system.
-Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
-Conduct checks on orders and transportation details to ensure they are correct.
-Check deliveries have been made as required and upload Invoices to the relevant platform.
-Provide reception duties as require Phone and door

-Coordinate and liaise internally and externally with Transport & Planning teams.
